How does The Styled Man Box work?

Every month we put together a box of 4-6 dapper accessories to give you a unique look and style. We scour the globe for the best manufacturers and brands all for an affordable monthly fee. Learn more here.

Once you place your order, your subsequent boxes will ship on the 5th of every month thereafter. If you subscribe after the 20th of the month, you're next shipment may just be held till the following month's shipment dates.

How do I cancel?

Simply go to your account page to cancel. We'll process your cancellation right away.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship internationally for a small surcharge of $8 that we pass on from our postal service.

When can I expect my first shipment?

After you sign up, your Styled Man Box can take up to 5 days to process and be shipped. Once your box has shipped from our warehouse, it should arrive within an estimated 3-5 business days for US orders and 8-13 business days for international orders. Please kindly note shipments to the UK might take longer than 8-13 business days, depending on when it leaves customs. We’ll send you an email once your box has been shipped.

I just signed up for a Styled Man Box subscription. Can I request specific items or choose the box I want for that month?

For monthly subscriptions, we prefer keeping the box a surprise. Our style curators at our fulfillment center will choose the box for you, so no special requests can be accommodated at this time. Purchasing one-time boxes from our Store is the best way to ensure you’ll receive the exact box you want.

What types of products will I receive?

4-6 lifestyle product items. A typical box will have an awesome tie, socks, a key accessory and some fancy grooming product. But don’t worry, we’ll surprise you with the occasional pocket square, bow tie, cuff links or other trending products.

Will I ever receive the same products?

No, you will never receive a duplicate item. However, you may receive the same type of item in a different color or pattern in a future box. For example, you could receive a tie in your first box and then a tie by a different brand two months later.

I signed up and haven’t received a confirmation email.

We know…we would be excited too. Make sure the email you entered at checkout is correct. If it is, then check your spam folder.  Then, feel free to contact us.

My friend and I both just signed up. How can I make sure we don’t receive the same boxes?

We totally get it. We wouldn’t want you two to show up at the same event in identical ties! Shoot us an email at info@thestyledmanbox.com with your names and we’ll make sure that doesn’t happen.  Also, be sure to fill out your Personal Style Profile.

Is The Styled Man Box available outside the US?

Yes! We ship anywhere within the United States, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPOs and all provinces in Canada for our subscription service. Shipping is also available to UK, France, Germany, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Portugal, Australia and New Zealand.

What taxes, duties or fees are imposed?

Great news! We pick up all domestic taxes, fees and shipping costs. Duties and fees may apply to international customers who live outside the USA. You may also want to check with your credit card company in advance to inquire about any conversion fees. Any international duties or fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.

I received my box and have no idea how to style the accessories. Can I return or exchange specific items?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Your monthly boxes are curated by our stylists who take into consideration different ways to wear each item. You’ll want to head over to our Instagram page to get ideas on how to wear the accessories.

How do I renew my prepaid subscription?

If your monthly or yearly prepaid subscription is ending and you want to renew your subscription, please contact us at info@thestyledmanbox.com.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your Billing Portal.

What is your return/exchange policy?

We only issue exchanges for defective or damaged items.

Can I be issued a refund on the remaining boxes if I purchased a 12-month prepaid subscription?

Yes, you will be charged at the normal subscription rate for the boxes you received and you will be refunded the difference for the boxes you haven’t received.

Am I able to gift a Styled Man Box subscription?

Absolutely! You can gift a monthly subscription or choose from monthly or yearly gift options. You can also purchase one-time boxes as gifts from the Store.

How far in advance should I order a gift subscription?

You should purchase a gift subscription at least 2 weeks before the day of receipt for US orders and 4 weeks for Canadian orders.

Can I send a gift email or message to the recipient?

We’re more than happy to email your recipient a gift message. Shoot us an email with their name, email address and any message you would like to include.
